STCW Crowd Management (CM)
To give those personnel designated on muster lists training to assist passengers in emergency situations.
Description
During the course you cover the following
- Awareness of shipboard life saving appliances and control plans
- How to assist passengers en route to the muster and embarkation stations
- How to carry out mustering procedures
There will be a short assessment at the end of the course to ensure knowledge and understanding. Resits are permitted
Certification
Those that successful complete will be issued with a Certificate of Proficiency in Crowd Management ; Regulation V/2, paragraph 3 of the STCW Convention & Code 1978 as amended.
Prerequisites
There are no pre-requisites for entry onto this course.
