Description
The aim of the First Aid Initial Training is to enable participants, through theoretical and practical training, to recognise signs and symptoms of life threatening situations and administer safe and effective first aid in the wind turbine industry/WTG environment in order to save lives and prevent further injury, until the casualty can be handed over to the next level of care.
Prerequisites
A valid WINDA ID
If Refreshing:
A valid GWO First Aid or GWO First Aid Refresher Certificate
Certification
Valid for 2 years.
If your current GWO First Aid certificate is still valid, you can attend the refresher course instead (0.5days)
